How to install a chemical anchor correctly
Most chemical anchor failures on site come from poor hole cleaning, not from the product. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your mortar; the basic sequence is:
- Drill to the diameter and depth given in the technical data.
- Clean the hole: blow, brush, blow. Dust left in the hole cuts the bond.
- Inject from the bottom of the hole, discarding the first strokes until the mortar colour is even.
- Insert the rod with a slight twist to the marked depth.
- Wait for the full cure time before loading. Cure time grows in cold weather.

Yes. Fasteners King is a Fischer channel partner and Hilti distributor. Material test certificates are available on request.
What is the difference between epoxy and hybrid chemical anchors?
Epoxy mortars such as HIT-RE 500 V4 and FIS EM Plus cure slowly and carry the highest loads, including rebar connections. Hybrid or vinylester mortars such as HIT-HY 200 and FIS V Plus cure fast and suit most everyday anchoring.
How fast can you deliver in Delhi NCR?
